Join Our Team: Community Support Specialist/QMHP-A (Loudoun County)
Are you a passionate mental health professional seeking a fulfilling career where you can directly impact lives? HopeLink Behavioral Health is looking for a dedicated Community Support Specialist/Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A) to join our team in Loudoun County, VA.
In this full-time role, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and provide skill-building activities.
- Advocate for clients, liaise with care providers, and ensure coordinated care.
- Provide crisis intervention, education, and supportive counseling.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
You are a great fit for this role if you have:
- QMHP certification or eligibility for QMHP certification (required)
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (required)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs
- A strong empathy for individuals with serious mental illness
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $48,000 - $54,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
