About the Role:
The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the administrative team, responsible for a wide range of operational functions.
This role encompasses facility management, including coordinating maintenance of all HopeLink facilities and vehicles while ensuring compliance with licensing, CARF, and other regulatory requirements.
Additionally, the Coordinator will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including managing external IT contractors and maintaining the operational integrity of all IT equipment and systems.
This position will also provide valuable support to the finance and administrative teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional-level experience
- 2 years of experience in vendor management, information technology hardware and help desk support, and facilities maintenance
- Good project management and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and pay attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
