Innovative Access Technologies., a leading security and fire safety company in the Winchester area, has an immediate career opportunity for an Operations Coordinator. This position will be fast-paced, multi-faceted, engaging, challenging and rewarding. The primary responsibilities of the position include:
- Answer all incoming calls from customer, vendors, and employees in the field.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordinate of service appointments, maintenace visits, and new installations.
- Process incoming customer payments.
- Managing input of customer contracts and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Ensuring data accuracy through audits and quality assurance checks.
- Assisting with routing and scheduling of field technicians.
- Delivering 5-star customer service with every customer interaction.
- Responding to daily tasks including emails, voicemails, alerts, tasks, past dues and reminders.
- Assist in purchasing, receiving, and allocation to technicians of materials purchased for jobs to be completed.
- Assist in the checking of accuracy of employee timesheets.
- Assist in collecting critical metrics of the business for the leadership team.
- Process work orders, invoices, and purchasse orders as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Display high proficiency in written and verbal communication allowing for a confident telephone presence
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent client service skill
- Computer skills, multitasking, troubleshooting, and critical thinking with a sense of urgency
- Efficiency, quality, and timeliness to maintain workflow of department
- Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
- Interact with multiple levels of the company, internal departments, and external clients to resolve complex issues
- Must be able to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of customer service
- Multi-line phone or soft phone use
- Past experience working for a contracting company a plus.
- Past experience working for a security or life safety company a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Must be able to pass a background check if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
