Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Program Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on supporting adults with disabilities in community services while also providing assistance to children with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of disability services, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering independence and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement community services for adults with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and service providers.

• Support children with disabilities through program activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

• Assist in the development and execution of individualized service plans.

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

• Facilitate communication between families, staff, and community resources.

• Organize training and support for staff and volunteers involved in program delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, both adults and children.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and stakeholders.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
