Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking Quality Assurance and Data Analyst to join our 988 Call Center team located in Athens, OH.
As a Quality Assurance and Data Analyst, you will responsible for the collection, aggregation, and submission of required data surveys, requests, and submissions. This position will work towards goals set forth via the Ohio 988 Capacity and Quality Improvement Develop Project. Additionally, the individual will ensure that all forms of documentation relevant to the Crisis Call Center adhere to internal and external standards. This positions primary role will focus on both Quality Assurance and Data Analytics. There is an expected responsibility to perform duties and function as a Crisis Call Center Specialist.
Position shift will cover 5 days a week (specific days subject to Call Center needs) 8:00AM-4:00PM, with weekends and fill-in shifts as needed.

What do we look for in our Crisis Call Center Specialists??
- Bachelors Degree in mental health or related field
- Experience in a mental health setting or equivalent in mental health related field with knowledge of mental health and substance abuse problems
- Master’s Degree in related field with licensure through Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Board, or Doctoral Degree in Psychology with Board-Licensed Psychologist preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients and their families.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be personable, reliable, and organized.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
