Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking an Adult CPST Residential Specialist to join our Athens, OH Behavioral Health team working at W. union Street/Blueline Apartments.
As a CPST Residential Specialist, you will work with the residential program providing Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities. This position will have flexibility in hours and may require overtime at supervisor’s discretion.
What do we look for in our CPST Providers??
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in residential support, providing direct service to persons with severe persistent mental illness
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and Ohio licensure through the CSWMFT Board
- Experience with HUD subsidized program is preferred, not required
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to be sensitive to the cultural needs of the clients and their families.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and vehicle suitable for transportation. (Must have a minimum of 3 years driving experience and be at least 21 years of age)
- Must be personable, reliable, and organized.
