Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Effectively communicate and receive incoming visitors, phone calls, mail, and other items as necessary
- Maintain front office in an orderly fashion.
- Distribute incoming mail.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
- Produce the weekly bulletin and Proclaim presentation for all services.
- Administrative support for the Senior Pastor and Staff.
- Maintains confidentiality of relationships and records.
- Send letters acknowledging memorial contributions.
- Enter worship attendance and weekly giving in Breeze ChMS.
- Provide clerical assistance to church lay-lead ministries as needed.
- Update Social Media content as directed by the Senior Pastor
- Inventory existing supplies and maintain a sufficient inventory of office supplies.
- Coordinate the pickup or delivery of needed supplies.
- Coordinate the repair/maintenance of church office equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of bulk mailings when necessary.
- Coordinate & work with administrative office volunteers.
- Assist with funeral preparations and special events as needed.
- Participate in training sessions as needed.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Pastor.

- A commitment to the confidentiality of personal information of the congregation and staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments or deadlines.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, email, and church management software.
- Proficient with Facebook and YouTube.
- Timely attendance with ability to vary schedule when needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
