Job Summary
Maintain and care for school grounds and athletic fields
Layout, paint, and mark lines for athletic fields
Maintain and repair all types of grounds equipment
Install and repair benches, fences, and playground equipment
Snow removal including maintenance and repair of snow removal equipment
Occasionally assist maintenance staff with projects
Deliver furniture and supplies throughout district
Ability to operate a backhoe and other excavating equipment preferred
Knowledge of turf grass maintenance
Pesticide license preferred
Knowledge of safe use of power tools is necessary
Must be able to move 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs
Must be able to work at heights from a ladder or aerial lift
Perform any additional duties as assigned
Full time position with health benefits
