Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - $2,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time Positions
Join the HopeWest PACE team as a CNA to bring positive change to the lives of seniors in our community! You will assist with ADLs, meal preparation, other similar duties in accordance to each participants individualized plan of care in the comfort of their homes. What is PACE?
PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states.
The number of people aged 55 is increasing in Grand Junction, CO and the demand for eldercare professionals is on the rise.

What You Bring:
- Current Colorado CNA license
- A genuine spirit of caring and compassion
- Valid Colorado driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and access to reliable transportation if working in the community setting
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay structure starting at $18.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and education. Differential pay for weekend shifts.
- Full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
