What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Helping Families Find Care – You’ll be the bridge between families who need help and our compassionate caregivers.
✅ Building Community Connections – You’ll visit hospitals, senior centers, VA communities, and networking events to connect with referral sources.
✅ Creating Opportunities for Caregivers – You’ll help ensure that caregivers have consistent, rewarding work by bringing in new clients.
✅ Spreading the Word – You’ll use social media, local advertising, and outreach events to let people know we’re here to help.
✅ Making a Difference Every Day – Every new client means a caregiver has steady hours and a family gets the support they need.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:
Competitive Pay – $22.33 - $23.38 per hour
Performance Bonuses:
- $100 per new client (after 30 days of active service)
- $500 for 5 new clients in a month
- $1,000 for 10 new referral partnerships in 3 months
- $750 if digital leads increase by 20% in a quarter
Career Growth: This role has the potential to grow into a full-time Director of Marketing & Outreach position.
