What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Hopkins & Carley?
Lathrop GPM is actively seeking an associate with 2-4 years of general litigation experience to join its nationally recognized Franchise & Distribution practice group. Candidates should have have an active Minnesota law license and be in good standing, strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills. This position offers continued professional development and support of personal practice growth through client development initiatives. The preferred location for the position is in our Minneapolis office, though it can also be based in our Kansas City office.
