We have a client seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 5 or more years experience to join their growing Litigation, Real Estate, and Construction Boutique Law Firm in Kansas City located in the Crossroads District. The role primarily involves assisting clients with disputes and protecting their property through effective legal strategies.

Position Details:
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (in-person).
- Location: Kansas City Crossroads Office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court, including all manner of court appearances.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining client satisfaction and meeting court deadlines.
- Collaborate with and provide guidance to junior associates.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in Missouri and Kansas (required).
- 5 years of experience in litigation, real estate, construction, and creditors' rights law is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage cases, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and leadership abilities.
