Hopkins Center is looking to hire a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This role is responsible for managing housekeeping operations, assigning tasks, scheduling, training staff, and maintaining supply inventory while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
RATE : $20 / hour
Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Supervise housekeeping staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
- Create and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Train and orient new housekeeping team members on protocols, safety, and best practices.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and infection control standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Order and restock supplies as needed while staying within budget.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to support a clean and comfortable living environment.
