Customer Service Representative - Glass Business

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in the glass industry. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, assisting with inquiries, orders, and any issues related to our glass products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Assist customers with tracking their orders and handling any changes or cancellations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to products or services, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our glass products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of glass products and industry standards is preferred but not required; we will provide training.
