Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Handle clerical duties including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office environment and field staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the painting and construction industry office environments is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and document management.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Outlook, Email, Social Media platfoms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work is essential.
- Must have a vehical for traveling to job sites as directed by management.
