What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Payable Clerk position at Hoppis Real Estate Services?
Seeking full-time bookkeeping position with an emphases on accounts payable for a busy property management firm. Knowledge in property management is preferred but not required. Knowledge of general accounting, filing, being able to organize and prioritize, data entry and other computer software knowledge, willing to follow procedures as outlined in policy manual and work well with deadlines. Job tasks would include (but not limited to):
- Coding invoices
- Scanning invoices
- Inputting invoices
- Filing invoices and financial statements as well as maintaining same
- Printing bill payments as sent to portal for payment - every Wednesday
- Online utility payments
- Time sheet breakdown & calculations due to manager for approval by EOB each Thursday morning.
- Maintenance transcribing for invoicing
- Month end receipt sorting
- Bank reconciling
- Work with property owners on understanding financial statements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
