Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for AI model development, deployment, and clinical integration.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate sprints, releases, and deployments across engineering and product teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (AI researchers, clinicians, and software developers, quality and regulatory, commercial) and external stakeholders (partners, hospitals, regulatory bodies, and vendors) to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring technical concepts are effectively translated.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Identify and manage potential project risks and by developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements where necessary.
- Technical Oversight
- Understand AI development processes, including model training, validation, and deployment pipelines.
- Work with the development team to oversee system architecture, data pipelines, and API integration into clinical workflows.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, HIPAA) during project execution.
- Resource & Budget Management
- Allocate cross-functional resources efficiently and ensure project costs align with budgets.
- Track project expenditures and prepare periodic status reports for management.
- Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
- Collaborate with QA teams to implement validation strategies for AI models.
- Work closely with regulatory experts to ensure products will meet clinical safety and ethical guidelines for our partners.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in MedTech, healthcare, or AI development.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles and software development practices.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., knowledge of FDA approval pathways for medical devices).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with medical imaging technologies, electronic health records, or clinical decision support systems.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
- Technical proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or similar AI-related technologies.
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master.
