Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Omaha, NE. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls with proper phone etiquette, handling calendars in Microsoft Outlook, greeting and assisting visitors, and managing front desk operations. Daily tasks include performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling mail. The Receptionist is also expected to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills and ability to perform administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in a law office setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
