Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Tempe, AZ.

In this exciting role, you will :

  • Plan, develop and implement related sales policies and goals.
  • Direct and coordinate promotion of products manufactured, or services performed to develop new applications, increase market shares and maintain competitive position at the account.
  • Establish effective reginal relationships and monitor performance. Respond to technical / marketing questions. Train customers in product features and serve as initial technical resource.
  • Generate and maintain sales documentation, call reports, project information, forecasts and business updates
  • Conduct research and propose new solutions. Supervise evaluation of new product prototypes.

You will bring the following skills and knowledge :

  • Requires strong understanding of components and electro-mechanical equipment as may be acquired through a Mechanical or Electrical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience with semiconductor equipment, fluid dynamics and troublemaking electro-mechanical equipment is preferred.
  • Requires exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills including project management and CRM applications.
  • The incumbent typically has a minimum of ten years of similar sales experience and ten years industry / OEM experience.
