What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator/Receptionist position at Horizon Companies?
Horizon Companies is looking for an Administrator for our busy office! Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and the drive to work in a fast-paced office environment. Experience working in an office environment preferred. Duties include direct customer service, answering phones, order pickup, filing, invoicing, and various other administrative duties. Experience with Quickbooks is preferred. Individuals must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
