In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks: Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, among others.
- Diagnose and Repair Issues: Promptly and efficiently diagnose and repair issues in apartments and common areas.
- Collaborate with Contractors and Team Members: Work collaboratively with contractors and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, technical school or vocational training in building maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
