Position Overview :
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our Hillside Woods I & II property in Delafield WI. This role will share on-call rotation with our properties in Lake Mills and Watertown.
This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
General Maintenance :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Diagnose and repair issues in apartments and common areas promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with contractors and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
