Position Overview :
The Leasing Agent is our property's sales representative, whose primary duties include leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for residential apartments. This role is service-oriented and strives to make current and future residents feel welcome and comfortable during the leasing process and throughout their stay in the community.
Key Responsibilities :
Actively lease apartments in accordance with the policies and procedures set by management.
Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
Assist management in measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and conducting periodic market surveys to stay competitive.
Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Must have prior leasing experience
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance required
Ability to demonstrate the ability to support and contribute to community team.
Ability to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to operate telephone, personal computer / keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word, MS Outlook and 365, database / online systems, such as Onesite.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, when needed, with your schedule
Ability to demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem.
Ability to comprehend basic math skills.
Ability to multi-task as evident through effective organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple and changing priorities.
Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English language in order to communicate with others. Bi-lingual skills are helpful.
