Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Daily communication with Operations Manager on project/task progress
· Delegate daily tasks to crew leads and all field personnel
· Attend pre-construction meetings as necessary
· “Scout” new projects to determine field-fit measurements and installations prior to crews mobilizing
· Lead installation crews on difficult/ large projects
· Maintain a field presence and continual communication with all field crews and clients
· Identify areas to increase production efficiencies on project sites
· Interact with Operations Managers and project superintendents to coordinate staffing levels, materials, equipment and general project logistics including all scheduling
· Look at individual project financials (profit/loss) and adjust bidding or project management as necessary
· Assist with hiring, reviews and termination of field employees
· Daily Field Report and Time Cards verified for accuracy prior to submittal
· Complete accurate bids and develop budgets for field personnel
· Negotiate material quotes with vendors
· Track upcoming projects to bid through various construction bid websites, invitations from clients/general contractors, and various other lead sources, including face to face meeting with existing clients.
· Oversee QA/QC of current projects
· Other duties as assigned
Qualification Preferences:
· 3 Years of field experience (installations, supervision)
· Good understanding of civil construction plans and specifications
· Good understanding of how to apply job site plans and specifications in the field
· ECS and/ or TECS Training course
· Geometry, GPS measuring experience necessary
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Google Chrome, Email)
· Current DL with clean driving record (CDL preferred)

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
