Overview
We are seeking someone with experience in commercial real estate to join our team. The position consists primarily of property and asset management from our offices in Lakewood, NJ. There is room for growth and professional development.
We are looking for someone with the ability to understand leases, contracts, and the rent structure in commercial real estate along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally the candidate should be able to negotiate vendor contracts and coordinate repairs and light construction. We are a high growth and dynamic team, looking for a long term candidate. This position is for in office only. Travel is not required yet is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
