Horizon Eye Specialists and LASIK Center is a busy, patient-centered medical ophthalmology and optometry practice seeking a motivated, self-starter to join our growing Ophthalmic Technician team.
Candidates will need to perform in a high paced environment where multi tasking will be a commonly used skill. We’re looking for people who get great satisfaction from helping people and demonstrating ophthalmic knowledge.

We have served patients at multiple locations throughout the valley for nearly 40 years. We have 8 ophthalmologists with specialties in cornea, refractive surgery, glaucoma and general ophthalmology. We also have 7 optometrists who provide care for patients for medical, surgical, routine and specialty exams. In addition to top-notch service we have built a culture focused on providing the latest in ophthalmic care with state-of-the-art equipment. This candidate selected for this position will:
- perform diagnostic testing
- perform patient work-ups including refractometry
- accurately document information in the patient chart
- assist physicians in exams and procedures
- work well in a team atmosphere
- thrive in a fast-paced environment
