Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, Agriculture or equivalent experience
* Advanced management skills with 8-10 years of agriculture-related credit work experience, including five years of supervisory experience
* Knowledge of computer software applications, credit, and accounting policies and procedures
* Previous Farm Credit experience preferred
