Job Description:
- Direct business development, negotiating, and loan servicing within the region.
- Lead staff to achieve individual and team goals while effectively communicating and assuming performance accountability.
- Collaborate with the regional credit officer as a credit resource to assist with maintaining credit quality and credit administration standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and coach staff by communicating clear expectations and maintaining a high standard of accountability.
- Coordinate leadership assistance and leverage Ag Lending Managers and Regional Credit Officers to support employee growth and development through training and mentoring.
- Serve as an advocate and liaison between staff and senior leadership.
- Serve a key role in field management structure in developing and overseeing association initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, Agriculture or equivalent experience.
- Advanced management skills with 8-10 years of agriculture-related credit work experience, including five years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of computer software applications, credit, and accounting policies and procedures.
