The Regional Vice President of Ag Lending will be responsible for directing business development, negotiating, and loan servicing within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize quality business growth to meet profitability objectives.
- Coach staff to develop sales skills and follow market development plans.
- Assist staff to develop and follow an action-oriented market development plan including proactive pipeline management and pre-planned sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, Agriculture or equivalent experience.
- Advanced management skills with 8-10 years of agriculture-related credit work experience, including five years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of computer software applications, credit, and accounting policies and procedures.
