What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Branch Operations position at Horizon Federal Credit Union?
This position requires a leader with a passion and drive to become the best in providing financial banking services, acting as a role model for our member advocacy philosophy to ensure an exceptional member experience. This leader mentors and develops branch personnel.
Responsible for the vision, leadership, and overall success of the branch operations network. Ensures efficient operation of all horizon branches, while focusing on strategic initiatives for growth. Supervises, coaches and mentors Horizon Branch Managers; providing operational support as needed.
Bachelor's in Business, Finance or similar discipline preferred, however may substitute related job proven experience. Minimum 2-5 years' progressive leadership experience required, with strong, proven leadership experience within branch operations or lending. Thorough understanding required of financial products, services, processes, procedures, policies and regulations. Exemplary interpersonal, problem solving, communication and computer skills required. Must meet all requirements for hire.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
