Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing fence installation team to fulfilling their personal and professional goals
• Mentor, train and develop fence apprentices and installers towards quality work and productive and efficient outcomes
• Provide on the job training
• Commit, follow and train our installation process
• Be innovative with new fencing products and product efficiencies
• Work independently with minimal supervision within a flexible schedule being available for customer and team needs
• Organize the installers schedules in a way that puts the right crew on the right job based on their skills and abilities
• Handle field related customer concerns ensuring 100% satisfaction

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the fencing industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong knowledge of fencing products and materials
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
• Ability to think through problematic situations and come up with the best outcome
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A flexible schedule is required, may require serving the team and or customers on some weekends.
