Central Fence & Deck is looking for a leader!
Forman wanted to install Aluminum, Vinyl, Chain link, and Wood fence products, as well as lead a crew of 1 or 2 laborers.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Operations Manager to understand all aspects of the project and job scope.
- Supervise Team of 2 or 3.
- Organize daily tasks so project runs efficiently
- Inspect work done by laborers to insure quality
- Responsible for all tools and equipment used, ie Truck, Power tools, Ground hog etc.
- Constant communication with office as to status of project, as well as job hang-up's
- Ensure all Materials are loaded and brought to job site.
- Inspection of materials upon arrival to job site.
- Other Duties as requested by the Operations Manager
Qualifications
- Experience in Fence Installation
- Previous experience in a supervisory roll preferred
- Valid Driver’s license
- Must be able to work outside during the spring, summer, fall, and part of winter.
- Ability to lift 80 lbs or more consistently and daily.
- Good work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
