What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Horizon Financial Bank?
Horizon Financial Bank is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position performs a variety of duties while providing frontline services to customers. These services include but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone
- Processing teller transactions
- Balancing a cash drawer
- Opening, maintenance, and closing deposit accounts (checking, savings, time deposits, IRA’s, etc.)
- Assist customers with ATM and Debit cards
- Assist customers with electronic banking products
This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service. Must be self-motivated, able to communicate effectively with others, and willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
