Position Summary :
The Advance Practice Provider (APP) will provide care for our endocrinology patients in a clinic outpatient setting. The APP assesses patients about their conditions, order and interprets diagnostic tests, and collaborates with patients, families, and physicians to establish care plans. You should be a skilled APP with comprehensive knowledge of endocrinology, diabetes education and management, thyroid, and other endocrinology diagnosis.
Position Requirements :
- Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation-BLS
- Preferred one (1-2) years of experience working in endocrinology.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities / Accountabilities) :
Treat diabetic (type 1 & 2) patients, manage and regulate insulin basal / bolus therapy.
Pay Range :
Pay ranges from $103K to 143K (rate of pay is based on applicable years of experience)

Salary : $103,000 - $143,000
