- Assist with network administration tasks, including firewall configuration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in providing IT support and help desk services
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, MS Office
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting tools and techniques
- Knowledge of Jira or similar ticketing systems for issue tracking
- Understanding of network security principles and firewall configuration
