Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining sales lead spreadsheet, Data entry, scanning documents, answering phones

- Ability to manage complex schedules
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
