Horizon Home Detailing is adding to our Baraboo team. We have immediate openings! We are seeking a window cleaning / gutter cleaning / power washing/gutter installation technician to join our staff. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Pressure Washing & Gutter Installation Technicians, prior experience is better but not necessary. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or eager to learn, this position offers a great opportunity to grow in the exterior services industry. You will be responsible for performing pressure washing services, installing and maintaining gutter systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction with high-quality work. Work is scheduled Monday thru Friday 7am - 5pm with occasional Saturday / Sunday work as needed due to demand or weather.
Key Responsibilities:
Pressure Washing:
- Operate power washing equipment to clean various exterior surfaces (e.g., driveways, decks, roofs, fences).
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and solutions when necessary.
- Assess cleaning needs and determine the most appropriate methods to achieve the best results.
- Set up, operate, and maintain pressure washing equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure safe, efficient operation.
Gutter Installation:
- Install, repair, clean, and replace gutters and downspouts on residential and commercial buildings.
- Measure, cut, and fit sections of gutter with precision.
- Ensure all installations are secure, level, and watertight.
- Perform gutter maintenance, including cleaning and minor repairs.
- Work closely with team members or independently to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications:
No Experience Required:
- We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn the trade.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to work at heights and on ladders comfortably.
- A positive attitude and desire to learn new skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license with CLEAN history in the last 3 years. NOTE: We will not accept applicants with poor driving records and DUI's.
With Experience (Preferred but Not Required):
- Previous experience in pressure washing and/or gutter installation.
- Prior knowledge of safety protocols when working at heights or with equipment.
- Willingness / ability to do ladder / high cleaning (residential work usually consists of 1 to 2 stories, or 2 stories plus basement)
- Physically able to perform job duties including standing, climbing up and down ladder, bending, lifting, for 8 hours or more a day
