Job Summary:
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging commercial clients, including businesses, property managers, developers, and organizations that can benefit from our cutting-edge lighting solutions. You will develop relationships, educate decision-makers, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their properties while maximizing energy efficiency and visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach:
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers in commercial sectors such as hospitality, retail, real estate, and municipal organizations.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
Sales & Customer Education:
- Present and demonstrate our lighting solutions in a professional and compelling manner.
- Educate clients on the aesthetic, security, and financial benefits of our permanent lighting solutions.
- Customize proposals to align with the unique needs of businesses and commercial properties.
Relationship Building & Follow-Up:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Follow up on leads, provide ongoing consultation, and drive deal closures.
- Act as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends and lighting innovations.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and opportunities for growth.
Team Collaboration & Training:
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about new products and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies and share successful approaches.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills:

Sales Experience:
