Director of Hotel Operations

As a leader in upscale hospitality, we offer an authentic and distinct lodging experience that sets us apart from the rest.

Salary:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $75,000 - $95,000 (negotiable with experience) plus bonus opportunities, comprehensive healthcare, 401k with match, and a generous PTO plan. We also provide relocation assistance up to 1-month stay and $1500 moving costs for eligible candidates.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including day-to-day staff management, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service culture. As an ambassador for the hotel and ownership brand, you will provide strategic leadership to all departments to maximize operations and achieve our service excellence goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all hotel operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
• Serve as a role model and ambassador for the hotel and ownership brand.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a boutique concept.
• Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
