We are seeking a self-driven
Director of Sales
for a lovely branded hotel near
Ames, IA . This role is an active seller and will promote the hotel across multiple market segments. The hotel's proximity to ISU will allow a strong DOS to maximize bonus opportunities by delivering rooms revenue throughout the year. Tremendous support is also provided as this hotel is part of a wildly successful Midwest-based hotel ownership and management group.
COMPENSATION : Base Salary $60,000 - $65,000 16% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits package, 401k w / match, PTO and more!
Director of Sales Skills and QualificationsMinimum of 3 years in hotel sales managementExperience working within the extended stay or limited service segmentStrong revenue management skills are preferredTenacious and able to be a true sales "hunter"Team player mentality and willing to help out as needed to ensure hotel profitability
