What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Chef position at Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc?
We are seeking a creative and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at a private, gated golf community located just outside of Phoenix, AZ. This private members-only club offers exceptional dining experiences in a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. This role will lead all BOH operations with the opportunity to showcase creativity and deliver exceptional dining and event experiences.
COMPENSATION : Base Salary up to $120,000 12-15% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits (majority employer-paid), 401k w / match, PTO and more!
Executive Chef Skills / Qualifications :
- 5 years progressive culinary leadership experience, private club preferred
- 2 years as Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef
- Direct and oversee all culinary operations, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Hands-on leadership approach
- Culinary degree strongly preferred
