We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for a fast-casual restaurant in Philadelphia. Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000 base (commensurate with experience) bonus, health stipend, and career growth potential!
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- A passion for healthy cuisine is a plus
- Management experience including hiring and training employees
- P&L knowledge including food and labor costs is a plus
- A strong work ethic and enjoys being hands-on with employees and customers
