At Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Event Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing event registration websites, app builds, and all technological aspects of our events.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills who can deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience with online registration administration and be proficient in virtual meeting and event platforms.
Responsibilities include managing client evaluation communications, working with event Project Managers/Coordinators on overall program logistics, production, and implementation, and managing on-site registration process and event technology vendors.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in event and registration technology, including meeting planning and coordination. A power-user in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced mail merge experience, is also required.
