We are seeking a talented Banquet Manager for a beautiful, upscale resort located near Wausau, WI ! This resort is a well-known destination travel spot and offers guests a wide range of luxury accommodations, dining outlets as well as conference and banquet spaces. The upscale nature of the facility makes this an excellent venue to highlight your culinary skills. You will work with a variety of clients doing everything including corporate meetings and elaborate social events. The area offers a beautiful place to raise a family with good schools and endless options for outdoor activity. You are just an hour away from shopping and culture. Base Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 plus great benefits, growth potential, and much more!
Banquet Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead the front-of-house banquet team
- Oversee planning and management of all banquet events
- Develop and train all staff
- Work with clients to develop their events as desired
- Ensure excellence in service is provided by the entire team
