COMPENSATION: Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000 Health Insurance, 401K w/match, PTO, and growth opportunities.
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Previous Upscale Casual Full-Service Restaurant Management Experience
- Prefer experience with overseeing Banquets and Private Events
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and fluent in Microsoft Office
- Thorough knowledge of Food and Wine, Beer, Liquor, and Craft Cocktails
- Strong Leadership Skills and ability to Cultivate Engagement
- Ability to Motivate and Develop a successful team
- Customer Service Oriented with a Hospitality Mindset
- Ability to multi-task and delegate tasks appropriately
