We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to drive the growth of a renowned Restaurant and Brewery Group based in Hartford, CT. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing overall company performance by optimizing sales, marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies. Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 (Commensurate with experience) bonus, health benefits, flexible schedule, PTO plan, and more!
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on food and beverage operations, and multi-unit management experience are highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in brewery or taproom operations is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships that drive growth and success.
