Job Title: Office Assistant – Pediatric Therapy Clinic (Part-Time)
Location: Horizon Pediatric Therapy, Peoria AZ (no phone calls, please!)
Hours: 24 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 11am-5pm or 10am - 4pm, (off every Fri, Sat, Sun!)
Special Note: This is a long-term, part-time position. Full time hours are NOT available for this role. The shift for this position is set as above.

We’re looking for a positive, friendly, and reliable Office Assistant to join our busy pediatric therapy clinic!

Your Role:
- Greet and check-in patients and families with a smile
- Assist with general office management and keep the clinic running smoothly
- Heavy computer and phone work throughout each shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure families feel welcomed and cared for
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks (such as filing, scheduling, and answering phone calls)
- Ensure a clean and organized physical space for patients and staff

- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service abilities
- Expert ability to navigate through different applications on the computer
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus!
