Horizon Performance Technologies LLC is an OEM engaged in the design and manufacturing of industrial capital equipment in the heat processing industry including ovens, washers, and material handling. Horizon Performance Technologies LLC is currently seeking a Full-time Buyer.
Qualified candidates for this position must possess the skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain quotes from vendors
- Negotiate pricing
- Prepare Purchase Orders
- Follow-up on Purchase Orders
- Schedule freight
- Manage Inventory
- Enter Data into Sage 50 Software
- Other duties may be assigned
Skills:
- Sage 50 experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Education:
- Business degree a plus, but not required
Experience:
- Entry-level 0-3 years
