Supervises Others: No Work Schedule*: M-F, 7:30am-4pm (30 min lunch)
Travel Requirements*: No Travel is Expected
* Travel does not refer to interoffice or incidental travel or errands
* Exempt employees are expected to fulfill the duties of their positions regardless of the hours worked.
* Non-Exempt employees may be subject to mandatory overtime and/or irregular hours.
* Lunch breaks are to be taken mid-way through the employee’s workday.
General Description
The Operations Clerk is responsible for supporting our Operations team. Responsibilities include supporting the execution of Change Orders, System Manuals and Paperwork Printing for Engineering. This role will also support efforts in Projects, Production Engineering, Production and Purchasing. Above all you will be expected to carry out all your activities with reliability, integrity, compliance and in a safe, responsible and efficient manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
◆ Create manuals
◆ Paperwork printing
◆ Follow, maintain and update SOPs
◆ Process change orders with Encompix/ERP system
◆ Develop working relationships with production, engineering, sales and finance departments
◆ Follow company policies and safety practices as required
◆ Support leaders and teammates in Operations practices
◆ Document policies, procedures, and be a resource to help with training
◆ Prompt and reliable attendance
◆ Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions
ENVIRONMENT:
◆ Operates within a professional office environment and production facility
◆ Occasional exposure to a variety of extreme conditions such as working in high and low temperatures, loud noises, odors, etc.
◆ Dusty atmosphere (stainless steel/carbon steel/aluminum metal dust)
◆ The noise level in the production facilities and at job sites can vary
◆ Required to work around/near industrial metal fabrication equipment
◆ Subject to paint fumes, mists, gases or other atmospheric conditions
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL:
◆ Frequently required to move about, use hands/fingers to operate office equipment, and communicate
◆ Regularly required to sit for long periods of time
