Position Summary:
The Associate Director, Site of Care Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of site of care strategies and tactics for one of Horizon's premier infused brands. This role is responsible for demonstrating ongoing leadership, developing SOC strategies, resourcing, and messages across SOC types (Physician-owned, Independent, Hospital, and Home ) , and fully operationalizing initiatives with the SOC field team. In partnership with business units, this position will assist in development of brand strategic plans and utilize appropriate resources to execute on brand initiatives for site of care audiences. Additionally, this individual must maintain a high-level of collaboration and integration with cross-functional stakeholders (Payor, Brand Marketing, Commercial, Training, Trade, Horizon Patient Services, Market Research, Analytics).

Responsibilities:
- Develop channel and brand specific marketing strategies and associated tactics to support brand objectives and execution requirements for commercial field teams interacting with site of care customers.
- Develop and support product reimbursement strategy and associated tactics through the creation of marketing tools and related materials to meet needs across various site of care segments.
- Manage the development of account management training materials required to prepare teams to fully execute strategic and tactical programs.
- Understand brand performance dynamics; develop, track and assess access site of care objectives and metrics.
- Understand and educate the organization on site of care reimbursement landscape and channels.
- Develop pull through strategies aligned to market access and brand objectives.
- Develop and manage a group of Site of Care consultants to assist brand insight generation, identify opportunities and risks, and advise on tactics and materials required to manage pull through opportunities in market.
- Identify brand specific Market Access research needs and collaborate to implement required research and analytics.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders including Sales, Brand Marketing, Horizon Patient Services, Market Research, Training, Legal, Customer Excellence & Operations and Regulatory Affairs.
- Create the necessary promotional tools and programs that support Account Executive efforts with pull through opportunities in the field with customers.
- Work with medical, regulatory and legal (MRL) to ensure all marketing activities are compliant with OPDP promotional guidelines.
- Manages key agencies of record to deliver tools and tactics.
- Track and manage budgets.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- BA/BS in related field. MBA preferred.
- 6 years' experience in marketing/sales preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience a plus.
- Experience managing "buy and bill" therapy including reimbursement considerations for infused biologic therapies required; experience across the various site of care segments (e.g. hospital, in office, independent, home) preferred.
- Experience calling on institutions, infusion centers and integrated delivery networks preferred.
- Experience collaborating with external experts and professional medical associations.
- Experience working with multiple projects and managing multiple external vendors.
- Requires approximately 20-30% travel (if Deerfield Based), including some overnight and weekend commitments.
- Must have strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills.
- Understanding of the principles of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging & overall campaign execution.
- Team orientation a must.
